A Cross-European Initiative to Inspire Agility, Innovation, and Growth

During my time at PVH Europe, I contributed to the development and execution of The Mindset Series—an internal program designed to foster personal growth, cross-functional collaboration, and business agility across the organization.

The series offered a dynamic mix of livestreamed events, workshops, keynote talks, newsletters, interactive website and podcasts, each aimed at helping associates adopt a growth-oriented, innovative mindset. Some of the themes included the Agile Mindset, Beginner’s Mind, Purpose-Driven Teams, and Feedback as a Catalyst for Improvement.

Highlights of the program included:

  • Hands-on workshops focused on trust-building, feedback culture, and continuous improvement (with up to 98% participation)
  • Live broadcasts
  • Thought-leadership podcasts and interviews featuring industry experts
  • Keynote presentations by renowned speakers such as Jitske Kramer and Benjamin Zanders,
  • Global distribution of content across multiple PVH sites and newsletters

The Mindset Series successfully engaged associates, providing them with tools and inspiration to lead with intention, collaborate effectively, and approach challenges with curiosity and creativity.

As a key contributor to The Mindset Series, I was responsible for shaping both the creative direction and operational execution of the program. I developed the visual identity from the ground up—including designing the logo and establishing the full brand system—to ensure consistency across all media and communication channels. I recorded, edited, and distributed the podcast episodes; created and managed internal webpages, intranet sites, and Microsoft Teams groups; and designed all newsletters and promotional assets for the events. This included printed materials such as event boards and in-office advertisements.

I also created all presentation decks, supported keynote speakers and the events team, and managed global livestreams to ensure smooth and engaging delivery. In addition, I produced tailored video content and digital assets aligned to each event’s theme, collaborating closely with film crews and internal media outlets. From branding and content creation to logistics and live production, I played a central role in ensuring the series delivered a consistent, high-quality experience across every touchpoint.
