Tech Week began as a concept I proposed to spotlight how technology can drive transformation across industries, bringing together themes of innovation, sustainability, and inclusion under the unifying idea of The Art of the Possible. What followed was a week-long series of inspiring, hands-on experiences designed to connect people, spark conversation, and make emerging tech more accessible.
From the early planning stages, I played a leading role in shaping the creative direction, developing the event’s branding, visual identity, and strategic messaging. I oversaw communications and promotional efforts, ensuring all digital and physical touchpoints delivered a consistent and engaging experience. Working in close collaboration with internal teams and volunteers, I helped coordinate speakers, manage logistics, and support each session from concept to delivery.
The event featured a range of vibrant programming, from a live DJ set by a technologist to keynotes from digital fashion pioneers and conversations with startups tackling tech-driven sustainability and inclusion. Topics like cloud computing, AI in the supply chain, digital fashion, and the Metaverse were explored in a way that invited curiosity and encouraged discussion across roles and departments. We wrapped up the week with an interactive Tech Pub Quiz, fostering a sense of community and celebration.
To elevate the hybrid experience, I used an ATEM Mini Pro to manage multiple camera angles and live recording setups, capturing speaker sessions, audience interactions, and dynamic content streams. This technical setup allowed for seamless transitions, professional livestreams, and high-quality recordings for future sharing. I also managed presentation decks, created interactive booths, designed QR-linked information pages, and produced supporting visual content for both on-site and remote audiences.
The experience ultimately helped elevate tech visibility across the business, encouraged cross-functional collaboration, and created a more connected, inspired workplace culture.
