This video series was created to capture and share campaign successes while identifying shared goals based on stakeholder feedback. I led the entire production process, from concept to delivery, including filming, conducting interviews, and sourcing equipment—often leveraging free or low-cost tools to stay within budget. The videos featured a mix of drone footage, time-lapse sequences (such as the growth of an OSR plant), and real-time footage of the team in action across various countries. I handled all editing using VSDC and Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as scripting and recording voiceovers to narrate the story. The result was an engaging collection of short videos that celebrated team achievements and visually communicated campaign impact across the business. As a result, the project contributed to a 40% improvement in feedback response rates, supporting key OKRs around transparency, stakeholder engagement, and campaign optimisation.
