I co-created and directed an internal event series called Tech Talks, designed to strengthen connections with the broader technology community and foster knowledge-sharing within our organization. The event brought in expert speakers from leading tech companies to share insights on trending topics, emerging tools, and industry best practices. As Co-Creator and Communications Lead, I was responsible for advertising, arranging speakers, designing all presentation visuals branding and slide decks, and managing the overall experience. The series quickly evolved into two tailored formats—one for advanced tech professionals, and a second, more accessible version for broader audiences across departments. Each event included moments for open discussion, networking, and a casual social gathering afterward, encouraging relationship-building and idea exchange. All sessions were recorded and distributed globally to our teams, extending the impact beyond the live event. This initiative not only sparked internal engagement but also led to reciprocal speaker invitations, collaborative hackathons, and new partnerships with external tech teams, enriching our innovation ecosystem.
