I created and managed a tech newsletter that began as a regional initiative in Europe and grew into a globally read publication, with engagement rising from 12% to 84%. What started as a simple update evolved into a central communication tool that sparked conversation, encouraged cross-team collaboration, and brought visibility to the work being done in tech. It played a key role in bringing technology into the spotlight across the company, helping non-tech teams better understand our capabilities and contributions. Eventually, the newsletter grew into a full online platform, and I’m incredibly proud of the role it played in strengthening connection, awareness, and innovation across the business.
